f you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please contact us at info@amora-london.uk to obtain a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective items in your first order, we will first send you a new package free of charge before we can process a return. In the case of lost or undelivered items, we will also send a new item free of charge before a refund can be issued.
To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:

Provide a photo along with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and the associated order number.
Once we receive your email and have assessed the damage, we will contact you to determine the desired outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Returns by Customer Choice
If the size is not suitable or you wish to change the colour, you may return the item. However, you must bear the shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging or with the company tag. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept direct exchanges. However, you may return your items at any time within 30 days and place a new order.
Damaged and Defective Products
We recommend that you check all received packages for possible defects. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Damaged or defective items will be replaced, and the customer will not have to pay for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Return Costs
The customer pays the actual shipping costs for the return of the item.
Home Delivery Refused / Post Office Undeliverable
If the package is not accepted by the recipient or is not collected from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the sender, and we reserve the right to deduct 50% of the amount to be refunded to cover handling and administrative costs.
